1. Finding your TruNorth
When creating a beautiful landscape we know it all starts with understanding your needs. For us it is all about finding the balance between the function you need from your outdoor space mixed with a beautiful look all while fitting in with your budget. From the initial site visit with our team we begin to understand your needs for your outdoor space and discuss ideas and options to find that will form your TruNorth Landscape.
2. Working with your budget
As with any investment it is important to understand your budget going in. Although budgets may vary it should not mean that you should compromise on the result you want to achieve. TruNorth Landscapes team can create a great landscape solution for any size budget. Through considered choice of materials, planting and labour time – we are able to customise beautiful and functional landscape solutions to meet any budget, without compromising the desired outcome.
3. Working to schedules
There is nothing worse than not knowing how your project will progress and a timeframe for it to be delivered. That is why TruNorth Landscapes provide you at the commencement of your landscape project an estimated delivery schedule. Obviously weather can be a big part in a project running to schedule, though setting work completion milestones keeps everyone on track and provides clarity to timeline expectations.
4. Landscape construction
During the project TruNorth Landscapes take a milestone based approach. This simply means for you as we complete key areas of your landscape we will continually involve you to ensure the landscape is meeting your expectations. TruNorth Landscapes team have an eye for detail with everything we do, so whether we are building a retaining wall, laying paving, constructing stairs or decking, laying turf or adding the finishing touches with planting – we are always thinking how each component will connect with each other and the environment to form a beautiful result for you.
5. Cleanup and finishing touches
Once the landscaping work has been completed, we ensure we provide a thorough clean-up and provide a final walk through to ensure you are 100% happy with the result. And, provide a care and maintenance sheet to help ensure your landscape remains your TruNorth.
